Before starting work
Place the device on a flat surface that can be tightened (OSB, GK, wooden top, etc.)
Set the width of the device (max 60 cm) by setting polystyrene between the sides of the device, adding 1 mm of play, so that it moves freely (front, back)
Screw the device to the base (fixing screws are not included).
Set the height of the comb above the polystyrene so that it does not come into contact with it during operation (two 1 mm feeler gauges for easy adjustment of the standard comb height above polystyrene (1 mm) included in the kit.
If the layer of applied adhesive on polystyrene is to be applied with a 20x15 mm comb, the smooth spreader can be lifted completely up or dismantled.
If the layer of adhesive applied on polystyrene is to be smooth, the overlay should be completely lowered over the comb, covering the teeth.
